Over the last few years and, following the introduction of the 1988 Housing Act which offers greater protection and possession rights to Landlords, there has been resurgence in the lettings market.

As a result, Landlords have come to expect extensive knowledge and expertise from the Agency they choose to act in their interests.

Our Services

Let Only: We find the Tenants, collect deposits, ID, references and draw up contracts and look after Tenant and Landlord requirements up until the move in day. A Finder's Fee is charged which is normally 2 weeks rent.

Management: We find the Tenants, collect deposits, ID, and references then draw up contracts. We collect the rent and manage the tenants and the property until the end of the tenancy. The fee is paid monthly from the rent and charged at a percentage. Flexible payment plans are available.

Full Management & Maintenance: Some landlords spend a great deal of time abroad and need a service which gives them 100% peace of mind. We have Gas Safety registered plumbers and NIC EIC registered electricians and we have carefully selected builders, painters and trades people who can undertake any kind of work; from loft conversions, driveways and patios, and extensions. Demolition and new builds are also accepted. No job too big or small. The fee for this service is 10% on the monthly rent.
