Step 1. Registration

After registration we will then find a selection of suitable properties for you to view (subject to availability).

Alternatively you can call and speak to a member of staff.

Step 2. Viewing

You will be met by our friendly and experienced staff at the property where any further questions will be answered.

Step 3. Reservation

If you would like to reserve the property we will ask you to complete a basic ID check and take 2 weeks rent so we can remove the property from the market. The property will then be prepared for letting subject to references.

Step 4. Move In

Once we have arranged a suitable move in date contracts will be drawn up and references checked. A further inspection of the property will be carried out and when we are both happy and you have settled the account you will receive the keys. At this time we can arrange insurance for your contents if needed.

We will notify the utility companies of any meter readings and the local council of your move in date.
